Functional Flow is designed for students seeking a thoughtful, sustainable yoga practice that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness through mindful movement and breath. Creative sequencing and layered pose variations allow students to explore the practice at a pace and intensity that supports their individual bodies and experience levels.
